Junior Golf Camps at The Phoenician

The Phoenician Golf Club is dedicated to Junior Golf. Private lessons are available at a discounted rate for Juniors or you may enroll your child in one of our camps.

The Phoenician “Top Gun” Junior Golf Camp

Ages 12 to 18

This camp is designed for advanced Junior golfers looking to improve their games and compete at the high school or college level.

Topics covered in the camp include:

Full swing fundamentals with advanced computer/video analysis.
How to practice effectively.
Club fitting.
Total short game practice and on-course applications for putting, chipping , pitching, lob shots and bunker play.
Understanding ball flight control.
How to play trouble shots. Pre-shot routine.
On-course and mental game sessions.
How to get a college scholarship.

TUITION: $500.00

Includes: 12 hours of instruction, a student workbook, four Q & A lunches with instructor, take-home CD, written game plan for success and a Free Summer Junior Membership at The Phoenician Golf Club. This means upon completion of the camp, your Junior will play free through August and have practice privileges Monday through Thursday after 10:00 a.m. at The Phoenician Golf Club. In addition, your Junior may play free Friday through Sunday after 11:00 a.m.(must have valid drivers license to operate a cart but juniors are always welcome to walk).

Ages 12-18

Low student teacher ratio of 4:1

Maximum of 4 students per camp, minimum of 2

Instruction Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon

Lunch Q & A with Michael each day from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 p.m.

Golf after 1:00 p.m. each school day

The Phoenician “Golden Bears” Junior Golf Camp

Ages 8 to 11

This camp is designed for the beginning and intermediate level Junior.

Your Junior will learn the basic fundamentals for:

Full swing with woods and irons.
Putting.
Chipping.
Pitching.
Bunker play.
Rules and Etiquette.
On-course instruction.
Fun contests each day.

TUITION: $175.00

Includes: Instruction, a student workbook, take home CD and a written game plan for success. Upon completion of the camp, your Junior may Play Free every day through August after 11:00 a.m. when accompanied by an adult paying a $30.00 cart fee.

Ages 8 to 11 years

Maximum of 5 students per camp

Instruction Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00

The Phoenician “Little Linksters” Junior Golf Camp

Ages 5 to 7

This camp is designed to give young beginning golfers a fun introduction to golf.

Your Junior will learn the basics of the game including:

Full swing with woods and irons.
Putting.
Chipping.
Pitching.
Rules and Etiquette.
On-course instruction.
Fun contests each day.

TUITION:$175.00

Includes: Instruction take home CD. Upon completion of the camp, your Junior may Play Free every day through August after 11:00 a.m. when accompanied by an adult paying a $30.00 cart fee.
